SHIPPING POLICY
Due to current conditions in the U.S., both UPS and USPS are unable to guarantee delivery by any specific date at this point. We will do our best to get your order to you promptly, but please consider there may be potential delivery delays that are beyond our control. Thank you for your understanding.
Mama Ganache currently offers shipping via UPS Ground (3-5 days) or USPS Priority Mail to most destinations for a flat rate of $16.95 regardless of size of your order. We will select the shipping method that gets your product to you in the shortest time possible. Please see information below regarding temperature conditions. We also offer free in-store pickup for those near the San Luis Obispo, CA area. Please select "In-Store Pickup" at checkout and let us know in the "Notes" when you would like to have your order ready for pickup. We do ask 24 hours notice for all in-store pickup orders.
SHIPPING RATES AND METHODS DESIRED DELIVERY DATE
We currently offer shipping for a rate of $16.95 regardless of order size. We ship exclusively with UPS Ground and USPS Priority Mail.
We want our chocolate to reach you and your gift recipients looking and tasting just as fresh as it does when it leaves our shop.
If you are placing your order after 12 noon PST, your order will not be shipped until the following business day. Orders are not shipped on Thursdays or Fridays and we also do not ship on Saturdays or Sundays to ensure minimal time in transit. You will receive email confirmation when your order is shipped.
DESIRED DELIVERY DATE
If you have a specific Desired Delivery Date, please select the shipping that will ensure delivery on your preferred delivery date at checkout and we will ship your order accordingly. You can also help us out by specifying in our notes option.
No Signature Required: All orders are shipped “no signature required” which means the package will be left at the shipping address, which may mean simply left on a residential doorstep. We are not responsible if the package is lost or stolen after UPS or USPS has completed the delivery.
TEMPERATURE CONDITIONS
Shipping chocolate is tricky and nobody likes melted chocolate! If the destination city’s temperature is 70 degrees or warmer, please consider calling us to arrange Next Day shipping. We do check weather conditions for the destination and will provide a lined package and ice packs to protect your chocolate when necessary. If Ground or Priority Mail shipping are selected when temperatures are high, we are not responsible if the chocolates arrive melted and will not offer any refund.
