Cocoa butter is the pure fat of the roasted cocoa bean. Real cocoa butter, not hydrogenated vegetable oils, is yellowish, not white. When solidified, it has a creamy appearance. Use this for adjusting the fluidity of melted chocolate or for organic soaps & lotions.
